Hoe voel je (je)?

In a society where everything is measurable (online), where success and ego play a significant role, and where we can't survive on emotion, reason must be given space. But how much?

In "Hoe voel je (je)?", journalist Raounak Khaddari searches for answers. She uncovers the unhealthy consequences of our collective urge to grow and finds ways to act on our feelings. She also reveals that a huge market has emerged to help people with what they've had since birth: feelings. How do we get back to that?

My new book, Hoe Voel je (je)?, will be released on November 25th and can be pre-ordered now.

About Raounak Khaddari

I am Raounak Khaddari, a 31-year-old journalist with a great love for writing, the people around me, sports, newspapers and the internet.

Besides my work as a journalist at Het Parool and as an commentator at RTL Tonight, I write books. I previously wrote "Even Goede Vrienden" (Even Good Friends), a book about how friendship works (and doesn't). How Do You Feel? is about how we find our own way in a world of collective growth pressure. In other words: how do we (re)learn to listen to our feelings and act, despite external pressure and expectations.

Love from me.
