Hi, welcome!
I'm Raounak Khaddari, a 31-year-old journalist with a passion for writing, the people around me, sports, newspapers, and the internet. On an ideal day, I run an easy 10K with a few sprints at the end, drink coffee with loved ones (or while flipping through newspapers), write pieces for the newspaper (Het Parool) and for myself, browse the internet, and end the day in the sun in the park with friends or at home in my bed with a book.
How often do I have such an ideal day? Leaving the sun and the park aside: Regularly! Thankfully.
On other days, I choose to do other things. For example, I made time to write the books "Even goede vrienden ," about how friendship (doesn't) work, and "Hoe voel je (je)?" , about how we act more in tune with our feelings. I also enjoy running (half) marathons and giving lectures on friendship and career.
Do you have any questions or would you like to contact me for any other reason? You can contact me at hi@raounak.nl or myrthe@mvpmanagement.nl .
My latest book
Hoe voel je (je)?
After nine days of work, journalist Raounak Khaddari knew for sure: she had to leave her new job. No fight, no plan B, just a strong feeling—and that was enough. In a world dominated by reason, success, and measurability, she wonders: how much space does feeling still have? In "How Do You Feel?", Khaddari explores the importance of intuition. She attends retreats, speaks with scientists and people who ignored their feelings, and discovers how body, feelings, and thoughts together determine our actions. She also sees how large the market has become that aims to help us rediscover something we already possess: our feelings.
